Penny Lorain has been designing inspirational design projects for over 20 years. A UC Davis graduate in Design with High Honors, Penny has earned the Remodeling Specialty Badge with the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Her knowledge of architecture, space planning, furnishings, surface materials and construction methods gives her clients confidence that their projects will turn out beautifully.

Carrie King has over 17 years of experience in interior design with a focus on Kitchens and Baths. Also a graduate of the UC Davis Department of Design, Carrie has earned the Cabinetry Specialist Badge with the National Kitchen and Bath Association. She has designed and managed several Kitchen Design Showrooms in the local area as the Lead Designer. Carrie enjoys translating her client’s wish list into their dream Kitchen.

Christine Foord is our extraordinary Office Administrator. She joined us with ten years of administrative experience managing accounting systems, purchasing and invoicing, social media platforms, and vendor and client communications. She is intricately involved in every aspect of running our office and supports the Lorain Design team with scheduling, billing and daily operations.
